Food options are limited on campus on March 22 because it is the reading week. Most cafes will be closed. Additionally, conference services do not allow outside food to be consumed during the event.
We are taking your food allergies and preferences into account but if you have concerns, please contact us directly.
Please ask for permission from organizers if you want to take photographs of the event or the campus. You are free to photograph wildlife/plants that you may encounter outside but please refrain from photographing people or buildings.
You are welcome to walk around the campus during the break. But please remember to follow campus guidelines and safety regulations. Please remember not to enter lecture rooms, labs, or offices. There are a few trails (Culham trail and Principal’s Road) around campus but they are not maintained during winter. Use at your own risk. UTM or organizers are not responsible for any injuries or damages.
We will provide a few days before. Please check your SPAM folder two days before and if you feel we missed you, please contact us. Only registered individuals will get the link.
Please do not share the symposium link with anyone because there could be zoom-bombing. If you are not a registered participant, please email the organizers directly to ensure you are registered and obtain the Zoom link.
Yes, since you already registered, we will send you the link on request. We are sorry to not get to see you in person.
